At Body By Janae Luxe, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, handmade personal care products. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders. All sales are final once placed. This includes all candles, wax melts, soaps, body oils, perfumes, and colognes. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@bodybyjanae.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@bodybyjanae.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Fragrance & Scent Preferences We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to scent preference. We encourage you to review our Fragrance Guide before purchasing to find your perfect match.

Candles & Wax Melts Once a candle has been burned or a wax melt has been used, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Processing & Response Time Our team responds to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. Please allow adequate time for us to review your claim before following up.
